Don’t wait until Friday to get your family’s BOO on. The South End Neighborhood Association is throwing its annual Halloween Party this Thursday at Dixie Grill and Bar. Relax on the outside patio with your family and neighbors for an evening of food, friends and fun. Kids are encouraged to dress up and participate in the costume contest.
