Movie Night & Meditation

awake

Join the Yoga Path staff for the studio’s first ever movie night next Saturday, July 23 from 6:00-8:00. They will be showing AWAKE- The Life of Yogananda with snacks and drinks provided.

AWAKE: The Life of Yogananda is an unconventional biography about the Hindu Swami who brought yoga and meditation to the West in the 1920s. Paramahansa Yogananda authored the spiritual classic “Autobiography of a Yogi,” which has sold millions of copies worldwide and is a go-to book for seekers, philosophers and yoga enthusiasts today. (Apparently, it was the only book that Steve Jobs had on his iPad.) By personalizing his own quest for enlightenment and sharing his struggles along the path, Yogananda made ancient Vedic teachings accessible to a modern audience, attracting many followers and inspiring the millions who practice yoga today.

oil
Event: Essential Oil Experience
Date: Saturday, January 9 from 1:30-2:30
Location: Bindu Yoga Studio, 5808 S. Dixie Hwy., (561) 233-9882

Essential oils are being increasingly integrated into holistic health practices for a wide range of uses. They are commonly used to boost immunity, help manage weight and diet, pain management, manage our moods and so much more. Essential oils also serve us emotionally, assisting us in releasing what no longer serves us. When we can let go and create space emotionally our physical health begins to be restored.

In this 1-hour essential oil experience class, you will learn how to use EO to assist with common ailments, enlighten your mood, and enhance your yoga practice.

Entice your senses, as we snack on foods made from EO, inhale the benefits of certified pure therapeutic grade, and apply them topically to be absorbed and restored in moments. If you are just beginning your essential oil journey or advanced this class is for you.

Every registrant will receive a gratitude roller ($16 value) just for attending, along with a drawing for a yoga mat spray, and more.

*Bring a mat to sit on *There are no asanas in this class

New Year’s Resolution- Find Balance in Your Life (Thanks to Yoga Path)

Moon Yoga

2015 is the year to finally break tradition and make good on our promises.

Resolution #1: Find Balance in Our Life

SoSo’s Yoga Path is making this resolution easy to fulfill with their Full Moon Restorative Workshop on January 6 from 7:30-9:30.

From the Yoga Path experts:
